Kanazawa sensei talking to everyone after the incredible class at the Winchmore-Hill dojo in 1971. In that class, after the Basic training (Kihon) was completed, Kanazawa sensei invited Nick Adamou, Chris Adamou and Mick Randall up to do freestyle (Jiyu-kumite) with Yahara sensei and explained that this would be a good experience for them.
