Shotokan Karate is a traditional Japanese martial art & system of self-defence that can be practiced by adults & children, from 7 years of age. Regular practice can improve health, fitness and self-confidence. Our Classes are fun and friendly!

We advise you to wear loose clothing; preferably sports clothing (tracksuit bottom and t-shirt), no footwear is necessary. Jewellery must be removed or securely covered.
