The Harrow School of Shotokan Karate (HSSK) 6 Week Beginner Courses are held in the Dance Studio at the Harrow Leisure Centre, Christchurch Avenue, HA3 5BD, UK on Saturdays from 1.15 to 2.15pm and in the Multi Activity Room 3 on Mondays & Wednesdays from 7.30 to 8.30pm.

There is no specific start date for these courses as a set syllabus of techniques ranging from punches, strikes & kicks is practiced during the length of the course and you may therefore enrol at anytime.

The full 6 Week Course Fee should be paid in advance by cheque or cash when you come to enrol for the course on any one of the above days so please arrive 5 minutes before the start time.

Please note that these courses are strictly for beginners

   For adults & children from 7 years of age and over.

7 up to 15 years of age:          £35.00

16 years of age and over:       £45.00

To enrol on a 6 week beginner course & start  

Just arrive on any Saturday Afternoon @ 1:10pm at the Dance Studio or

on any Monday or Wednesday Evening @ 7:25pm at Multi Activity Room 3     

Each lesson lasts approximately 50 minutes

When training we advise you wear lose clothing; preferably sports clothing (tracksuits bottom and t-shirt), no foot wear is necessary. Finally any jewellery must be removed or securely covered.
